We are located in Coventry on the door step of the NIA, National Indoor Arena, the National Agricultural Centre (NAC) at the Stoneleigh Show Ground and The NEC, National Exhibition Centre near Birmingham, but we can service customers’ requirements much further afield when necessary. We offer used wooden pallet rental for exhibitions and events across the whole U.K.

The service is extremely popular with event organisers at the NEC and other event venues around the Midlands, but our nationwide delivery service means many clients looking to hire or rent pallets for events in London & Manchester also take advantage of the convenience offered by having pallets delivered & collected at the end of exhibitions.

Short term & long term pallet rental is available to any organisation and for any U.K. event or for members of the public hosting private events in their gardens.

Most clients prefer to rent standard U.K. size pallets measuring 1200mm x 100mm but Euro pallets which are 1200mm x 800mm are usually available for hire at our Coventry Distribution Centre.

Our convenient Coventry Pallet Hire Service is increasingly being provided nationally, although due to convenient delivery & collection it was originally more appealing to those requiring pallet rental in Birmingham, Leicester or Coventry venues or others located in the Midlands, It is now regularly used by exhibition & event organisers needing to rent pallets in London, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and even organistions with events as far afield as Scotland & Cornwall.
