The cheapest parcel network delivery service & often the most convenient is available to those dropping parcels off at our Coventry depot on Longford Road near the Ricoh Arena (CBS Arena). We can of course collect from your business premises or a home address if required.

Unlike with other Coventry DHL Service Points, Collect+ or normal retail DPD parcel shops, you have a much more generous size & weight allowance when sending parcels through Defenda Couriers. Because we are a distribution warehouse without the space limitations of a small retail parcel shop, parcels sent with us can weigh up to 30kg & even measure up to 2 metres long and the cost of sending them won’t break the bank.

We can even send parcels up to 3.5 metres long through a network — but they do attract a fairly hefty surcharge & it may often be more cost-effective to send them in a dedicated courier vehicle.

So not only are we able to send your smaller parcels at incredibly low prices, we can also handle those larger bulkier parcels & packages you’ve been struggling with.

Our Coventry Parcel Drop Off Shop has easy parking facilities & is ideal for disabled customers needing to drop parcels off as somebody from the warehouse will always be available to get your parcels out of your car for you.

The packaging side of our business manufactures a range of quality boxes & other transit packaging which is available to buy directly at our Coventry distribution centre. So if you need boxes, packing tape, postal tubes, bubble wrap, Kraft paper or anything else to get your products ready for posting — you’ll find it all under one roof. We can even provide a pack & send service for an extra charge if you’re short of time and want us to pack your goods.

Out of area DPD parcel drop off customers unable to visit our Coventry warehouse with its greater weight & size allowance will be restricted to parcels measuring 60 x 60 x 60 cm & a weight limit of 20kg when dropping parcels in to other retail DPD parcel shops.
