Criminal Records Bureau or CRB checked drivers, and those with access to your potentially valuable consignment, provides further peace of mind.

Whether or not an individual requires an SIA licence is determined by the role that is performed and the activity that is undertaken.

Although as a transport & logistics company, no legal obligation exists for Defenda Couriers to operate using SIA Licensed staff, we feel that it provides that extra security for customers relying on a third party to safely transport their products and is something that does not effect our extremely low prices.

With many customers requiring collection of their goods when their businesses are closed and the premises locked, one of our SIA drivers is the perfect choice, as the SIA License covers key holding.

This in many cases allows the driver to open the premises and collect the items for delivery without the need for the sender to be in attendance. Very convenient if a collection is needed during the early hours of the morning to make an urgent same day deadline.
